Victoria Stilwell

Born and raised in Wimbledon, England, Victoria Stilwell is one of the world's most recognized and respected dog trainers, with audiences in over 50 countries. She is best known as the star of Animal Planet's hit TV series “It's Me or the Dog”, through which she is able to share her insight and passion for positive-reinforcement dog training by taming some of the world’s most unruly pets while counseling families on the issues they have with their pets.

Warren Eckstein

Animal rights activist, pet trainer and popular radio broadcaster, Warren is a true media personality who has earned the title “America’s most trusted pet expert”.  Warren, who has had dogs since as far back as he can remember, has written over 10 best selling books on pets, He believes that our relationship with other humans will benefit if we learn to give love unconditionally like our pets. 

Yossi Uzrad, Executive Chairman

Yossi Uzrad – Executive Chair, President and Founder of the Jasmine Group

Yossi founded the Jasmine Group in 2000. He has over 30 years of professional experience in the Television industry, specializing in channel development, content programming, including VOD channels, new media and internet.  He also has extensive experience in TV and film production.  Prior to founding the Jasmine Group Yossi served in several key positions in the international television industry, including Director of Programming at UPC and the CEO of ICP (Cable Programming).  He was executive producer of the Channel 2 news company and the head of the radio news desk.  Yossi holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Directing from the Tel Aviv University and is also a graduate of Theater Studies. 

Gilad Neumann, CEO

Gilad oversees and manages the company's wide range of international activities as well as creating and developing DogTV's long term business strategy. Prior to his current position, Gilad served as the CEO of Jasmine TV for 4 years and acted as the Chairman for DogTV. Gilad was also Head of Business and Legal Affairs at Jasmine TV for three years. Prior to joining Jasmine TV, Gilad held several business development and marketing positions in Israel and in the United States. Gilad is also a licensed attorney. 

Gilad holds an MBA from Pepperdine University in California and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. Gilad also earned a Bachelor of Law degree from the College of Management.

Ron Levi, co-founder and Chief Content Officer

Before coming up with the concept of television for dogs, Mr. Levi was creating television for humans. In the past 20 years, Mr. Levi served as a host on TV’s Music Channel and several daily radio shows. His background as a TV writer for “The Amazing Race” and a University media professor dovetails perfectly with his current roles as content developer and creator for DOGTV. The New York born dog lover is committed to creating scientifically approved content that is pushing the envelope of traditional human-based programming.

Aviv Messa, COO

Before joining DOGTV Aviv held several high-level management positions in leading corporations. He has broad international experience in the fields of communications and new media.

 Aviv holds a B.A. degree in Business, and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from the Interdisciplinary Center.  He is also a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.

Zuri Guterman, CMO

Zuri's prior positions include several marketing roles, the latest as a Marketing Director for the High-Tech

industry at Extra - Mile Inc., and other marketing management roles in Israel and abroad.

Zuri holds an MBA from the University of New York Polytechnic Institute.
